The client wishes to acquire a new 400 kV AIS station and to establish a 400 kV field at the existing station Bjæverskov. The purpose of the project is to increase the transmission capacity between Lolland-Falster and the Zealand 400 kV network. The project must also ensure the connection option for Kriegers Flak II (More Offshore Wind 2030). The client is offering the acquisition in a main contract for construction and civil engineering works. The acquisition involves the following main elements: Sheet piling Earthworks In situ concrete Masonry Roofing Carpentry Blacksmithing Ventilation work Plumbing work Electrical work (building installations and earthing) Painting work Paving work.

This Framework Agreement comprises technical advice and consultancy services to BeGreen in relation to development, installation and operation and maintenance of (combined or individual) Renewable Energy Plants (“REP”, solar PV or wind) and Battery Energy Storage System (“BESS”) facilities within the area of Grid Connection Compliance Studies. The framework agreement may also be used for other energy projects for BeGreen within the specified services. BeGreen plans to develop and operate multiple utility-scale combined or stand-alone REP and BESS over the next years. The task is to perform the steps necessary to obtain grid connection approval by the DSO/TSO under the current regulation and as described above, as well as to provide all necessary technical support, attend meetings with stakeholders, and prepare documentation to obtain the different operational notifications (EON, ION and FON) at plant level. Services included in the Framework Agreement includes amongst others: • Technical Regulation 3.2.7: Requirements for voltage quality for generation facility connections to the transmission grid • NC RfG - National requirements • Appendix A - Information exchange • Appendix B - Simulation models • Technical Regulation 3.3.1 Requirements for energy storage facilities • Technical Regulation 3.1.1 – Requirements for co-located and/or overplanted facilities connected to the transmission grid. The framework agreement covers the procurement of technical consultancy services within Planning, Environmental and Nature matters for BeGreen in connection with BeGreen's development, installation and operation and maintenance of (combined or individual) renewable energy plants, especially in relation to solar parks and wind parks as well as energy storage, especially Battery Energy Storage System ("BESS"). The framework agreement can also be used for other energy projects for BeGreen within the services covered. BeGreen plans to develop and operate several large-scale (combined or individual) energy production plants and BESS plants in the coming years. Services covered by this framework agreement include, among others: 1) Planning • Local plan and municipal plan supplement 2) Environmental assessment • Delimitation memorandum and mapping • Environmental assessment of plans and projects • Nature surveys • Professional advice on protected species • Technical surveys, including among others noise calculations and shadow cast calculations 3) Project design and optimization • Technical design and optimization • Landscape design • Hybrid systems 4) Project management and coordination • Project management • Assistance with consultations.
